Launched on 31st December 2004, gone was the box as the logo went 3D and incorporated itself into various scenes.
IDENT - BOWLS
Some floating bushes distract a group of people playing bowls.
IDENT - CITY
Driving down an American street in front of a taxi, a 4 logo is formed in the sky from the buildings above.
IDENT - CITY - APRIL FOOL VERSION
The City ident without the logo. Used 1st April 2011.
IDENT - DINER
As tumble weed... tumbles by, we're out at a diner, where the Channel 4 logo is formed by the neon lights above.

IDENT - ESTATE
We pass shopping trolleys and washing hung out, down a block of flats, where the Channel 4 logo is formed.
IDENT - HAY BALES
The channel 4 logo is formed out of lots of hay bales, some on fire.
IDENT - MARKET
Going down a street, there's a market on, and there's trolleys of food floating in the sky, forming the Channel 4 logo.
IDENT - PYLONS
The channel 4 logo is formed out of bits of pylons as we drive past.
IDENT - SIGNS
Roadworks ahead! the Channel 4 logo is formed out of the road signs.
