  15th April 2015 shaw the launch of a new channel in the 'Channel 5 family' follwoing the takover by Viacom. The channel is the UK & Ireland version of Viacom's US Channel. The launch night programmes included 'Police Interceptors Unleashed', 'Fail Army', 'Lip Sync Battle', 'Olympus' & 'Breaking Bad'.
