From 29th March 2002, BBC One introduced a new look, as we waved goodbye to the globe and balloon, we welcomed a whole host of people showing us various dancers from around the world. The idents danced thier last on 6th October 2006.

IDENT - ACROBATS

This idents sees acrobats tumbling towards the ground on ribbons.

IDENT - BALLET

A more gentle ident with women in lycra suits balancing in odd positions.

IDENT - COPOEIRA

Two men perform this Brazilian dance on top of a London roof.

IDENT - FESTIVAL

Lots and lots of people jump around with their arms in the air.

IDENT - HAKA

A group of rugby men do some aggressive shouty dancing.

IDENT - HIP HOP

Three men in wheelchairs dance around a basketball court.

IDENT - SALSA

It's gone all like dance classes on this one, anyway several couples dance around what looks like a church hall.

IDENT - TAP DOGS

Up and doiwn ladders and lots of tapping.
